Selwane Traditional Village Tour
En route to Selwane village, you’ll cross the Letaba River where frequent hippo and crocodile sightings are made. Your guide will be happy to stop to allow you to get a closer look!
The village tour includes a demonstration of traditional agricultural practices in use for centuries, and time to meet the local villagers who will proudly share their stories with you.
Learn to play Ncuba, and ancient African game, and try your hand at a Xitenda, a traditional musical instrument. In the evening the sound of drums will call you to enjoy a tribal feast, and dance round the fire to the rhythms of Africa.
