1. Reservations (F.I.T)
- Reservations can be made by contacting The Lodge directly
- Booking of a reservation must however be in writing (email / facsimile).
- A reservation will remain provisional until it is confirmed with a deposit of at least 50%.
- Full payment must be received in advance, no less than 30 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival.
- All extras must be settled at the lodge prior to departure.
- We reserve the right, without notice, to release any accommodation held where the required deposits or payments have not been timeously received.
2. Reservations (Groups)
- Any party reserving 50% or more of the rooms at any property is considered a group
- Booking of a reservation must be in writing (email/facsimile)
- A group reservation will remain provisional until it is confirmed with a deposit of at least 50%, provided such deposit is received at least 60 days prior to scheduled date of arrival.
- Full payment must be received in advance, no less than 30 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival.
- All extras must be settled at the lodge prior to departure.
- Thokozela Leisure Management reserves the right, without notice, to release any accommodation held where the required deposits or payments have not been timeously received.
3. Cancellation Policy (F.I.T)
Cancellation of a booking must be in writing and is subject to the following cancellation fees:
- 30 to 15 days - 25% of account
- 14 to 8 days - 50% of account
- 7 days or less - 100% of account
- Agents are encouraged to provide adequate travel insurance to cover Thokozela Leisure Management’s cancellation terms and conditions as they will bear the sole and absolute responsibility therefore.
4. Cancellation Policy (Groups)
Any party reserving 50% or more of the rooms at any property is considered a group.
Cancellation of a booking must be in writing and is subject to the following cancellation fees:
- 60 to 46 days - 25% of account
- 45 to 31 days - 50% of account
- 30 days or less - 100% of account
Agents are encouraged to provide adequate travel insurance to cover Thokozela Leisure Management’s cancellation terms and conditions as they will bear the sole and absolute responsibility therefore.
5. Payments
- Payments can be made by credit card or direct deposit to the relevant bank account.
- All credit cards require a letter of authorization with the cardholder’s signature to debit same.
- Please ensure that copies of the bank transfer/ deposit slip, together with the reservation details are faxed to the Thokozela Leisure Management Central Reservations Office.
- Please note that cheques are not accepted at any of the Thokozela Leisure Management properties.
6. Tour Leader / Guide
Accommodation for a bona fide tour leader / guide is available.
7. Wild Animals on tours
Although attacks by wild animals are rare, guest are reminded that many of the animals and reptiles they will see are potentially dangerous. Neither Thokozela Leisure Management, their staff members, associates, agents, nor their suppliers can be held liable for any injuries caused during an incident involving the behavior of wild animals.
8. Dietary Requirements
Any special dietary requirements must be advised at time of booking or well in advance of check-in. We will do our utmost to comply with your requirements.
